Basic: £23,000 – £26,000

Additional Training Budget: £3,500 per annum

B2B GRC Software Implementation Manager

As more companies are investing in our software and expert services, we are recruiting two more ambitious and committed B2B GRC Software Implementation Managers to join our team.

As a B2B GRC Software Implementation Manager, you can expect an exciting career working closely with our customers. You will join a world-class team who are experts at bringing to life our customer’s management system requirements.

You will join an organised, efficient and social team who make our customers succeed with our tools through:

  • Project management
    • Many of our customers are replacing outdated legacy software, excel spreadsheets, and various other silos. You will help them to scope their requirements, set realistic objectives, and assign roles through getting under the skin of their requirements:
      • What exactly do our customers want to achieve with the software?
      • Have all regulatory, standards and internal requirements been considered?
      • What templates, tools and examples can you share with our customers?
    • You will need to communicate, engage and liaise with a range of stakeholders within our customer’s organisations
  • Be the expert
    • By listening and understanding our customer needs, goals and objectives, you’ll be able to provide product advice, guidance on product configuration and customer transformation.
    • You will run workshops across the world which gets under the skin of customer processes and records.
  • Provide product training
    • One day you may be training a customer on how to configure our risk management module for ISO 13485, the next you may be training a customer on how to set up their KPIs on our industry leading Business Intelligence Dashboard.
    • You will work closely with our new Training Manager to ensure our customers have an organised, seamless experience.
    • Carry out hands-on training as required for customers both remotely and face to face.
    • Every employee undertakes a rigorous ISO, regulatory and product training program.
  • Provide Pre-Sales Support to New Business and Accounts
    • You will assist the New Business and Accounts team by using the knowledge you gain to prepare configuration and carry our demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Provide product support to new customer implementations

 

Skills you need:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A passion for cutting-edge technology and an ability to teach others
  • Able to plan, organise and deliver work on time and successfully
  • Comfortable presenting and delivering training in front of small groups
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable creating business relationships and handling business change

Essential experience

  • 2 years’ experience of systems implementations
  • Experience in documenting user workshops/meetings.

Ideal experience

  • Experience delivering ‘hands on’ system training
  • A background of quality management and compliance process.
  • Familiarity with ISO and GRC Standards

Progression

  • Clear 2 year progression plan
  • PRINCE2 Project Management Training
  • GRC relevant training
