We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and passionate individual who wants the opportunity to build a career in a service driven role, project managing GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) software deliveries.
Deliver Project Scoping and Planning
Manage the new implementations using appropriate project management techniques to scope and drive the delivery of all service deliverables for the project.
Provide Advice, Guidance on Product Configuration & Customer Transformation
Run face to face configuration workshops with the customer to understand processes and records in sufficient detail in order to advise on the best system configuration.
Provide Product Training
Carry out hands-on training as required for customers both remotely and face to face.
Organise and make sure the training is delivered by the Qualsys Training Manager.
Provide Pre-Sales Support to New Business and Accounts
Assist the New Business and Accounts team by using the knowledge you gain to prepare configuration and carry our demonstrations to prospective customers.
Provide product support to new customer implementations
Become an Expert User
CPD & Mentoring Junior Staff
Good customer interfacing skills
Able to plan, organise and deliver work on time and successfully
Comfortable presenting and delivering training in front of small groups
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with creating business relationships and handling business change
Essential: 2 years delivering systems software implementations
Essential: Operating and leading in a project management environment (preferably to a PRINCE2 framework)
Essential: Experience in delivering user workshops (planning, leading and recording meeting minutes)
Ideal: Experience delivering ‘hands on’ system training
Ideal: A background of quality management and compliance process.
Ideal: Familiarity with ISO and GRC Standards

Salary: £26,000 to £29,000
This is a client facing role so there will be some travel involved in the UK and overseas.
Full UK driving license preferred.
