Every twelve months, we encourage customers to take advantage of our health check service. During the health check, your dedicated Service Implementation Manager will review:
- Overall health of the site, using a list of KPIs
- How actively the system has been used
- Review of end user activity
- Analysis of how well administrators are using the functionality
We then send you a complete health check report. This enables us to identify your system’s strengths, weaknesses and opportunities.
